Local profiles and shopping carts

Your name, email address, salted password verifier, shopping cart and local sign-in preference are stored in your browser. Your password is not stored in plain text or sent to our server. Profiles are limited to this browser, do not verify ownership of an email address, and are not a secure online account. Clearing site data or deleting your profile removes the local profile. Use a unique password and avoid shared devices.

Checkout and payments

When you start checkout, we save your contact details, billing and shipping addresses, purchased items, totals and order status on our server to process and fulfill your order. Card details are sent directly from your browser to our payment provider. Our server receives a one-time payment token and transaction reference, not your card number or security code. Necessary order records are retained for fulfillment, support and recordkeeping. Deleting a local profile does not delete server order records. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie protects your order status.

Messages you send us

The contact form opens a draft in your email application. A message is sent only when you send it there. Support emails are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. Replies may be delivered through Brevo. These providers process the messages needed to deliver and respond to your request.

Technical information

Our hosting server and Cloudflare process connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and request times to deliver the website, troubleshoot errors and protect the service. Do not put passwords or sensitive personal details into URLs or support messages.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses browser storage for its local features. We have not installed advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use service cookies to deliver or protect the site. See our Cookie Policy.

Your choices

You can sign out, delete your local profile on the account page, or clear this site's browser data to remove its stored information. Blocking browser storage prevents persistent profiles and carts. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us about information contained in support correspondence or server records.
